Below are some examples of how I apply my design and strategic thinking to collaborate with stakeholders, lead in the delivery of digital products, and provide user research for product development.
I led a user study to identify the value proposition for the ORA licensing framework focusing on opportunities in the creative industries, resulting in a 350% in market potential, and 11% increase in reach for the DECaDE research centre.
